I had just waited for three hours at the DMV, and needed to finish the day with title and registration. She provided the service I needed with ease. Very helpful and extremely friendly. It's not easy to move from one state to another. The rules are different for each state. These ladies made my introduction to PA an easy journey!!!! Now if I could just convince PA that a brand new car comes with 5 year registration and inspection from NJ and should be in effect in PA as well, I would be a happy camper!!!
